- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer free onsite quotes for new doors and openers. Service for doors and spring replacements have flat rates consistent with the local market. A service call resulting in further parts/repairs needed not cover by the flat rate will be discussed and quoted with customer. Please contact for specific pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss over message/phone what issues they are experiencing. Set time to arrive for service or quote. Strive for same day bookings. Sometimes will have to be next day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have just under 9 years experience in the trade. 5 years of commercial service and install 4 years of residential service and install. I have worked on doors of all sizes, ages, and levels of disrepair. Trained under some of the top service technicians in the country. I'm knowledgeable in my trade and honest in my pricing and suggestions for repairs needed.
