The team was very responsive, priced appropriately, we’re very respectful and friendly and overall did a truly 5/5 job. I’ll call them again easily if I had a similar job. I particularly appreciate the extra care in talking to me making sure the shrubs I had them plant won’t create future issues for me.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer two main services, coaching (one time or subscription, of which there is a package discount) or a project consultation which usually leads to a design and help with building, changing or modifying your existing garden.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a free 15 minute discovery call, and then set up an hour consultation to go over the clients wishes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gardened most of my life in this climate so I’m aware of the challenges one can face.
