Luis is extremely reliable and knowledgeable; he has the skills to assess what types of repairs are needed including many more areas than concrete: dry wall repair, laying and repairing concrete, painting, soffits and more.
He is very detailed oriented trustworthy and prompt at responding, gives clear recommendations and gets the work done. We highly recommend him!
