Sergio did two fence gates for us, and while the work took a day longer than expected due to unexpected complications with the job, the final cost was the same as the initial quote. Sergio was responsive and clearly communicated his strategy the whole time he was working.

Sergio & his crew installed a 70 ft single gutter with two downspouts on the front of our mobile home. Sergio provided competitive pricing & an excellent warranty. The crew did an great job, very quick install & even put our flood light backup! Sergio was able to accommodate and get us in a day earlier than scheduled. Extremely, professional clean work definitely highly recommend!

Quality Exteriors delivered! We asked Quality Exteriors (QE) to provide service on installing the siding to our outdoor shed (10x16). tWe are pleased with the overall process/service they provided and the quality of the final product. They installed a board and batten pattern using cement board. The finished product looks great. Some additional items: - Quality; the finished product was what we were seeking. - Cost; we always get 3-4 quotes before doing any project and QE was cost competitive. - Communication; Sergio reviewed our project and communicated through out. This was very important as we had a previously installed door that needed adjustment and the QE team was able to quickly make the adjustment and continue working. - Timing; QE kept us informed on when different crews would arrive and the time to expect. They also worked hard to ensure our project would be completed on schedule. Overall, QE treated our project like it was their own home, which is exactly what we’re were looking for.
