- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am fully insured and certified. I practice in accordance with the ASHI Standards of Practice (American Society of Home Inspectors). I take the time to thoroughly check all systems of your house and provide digital, full color reports, using industry specialized software.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a chef in my early career. My wife and I started our family and decided I needed to go in a different direction in order to have good work-life balance. I grew up with my parents having multiple rental properties that I helped maintain. I have always had a passion for working with my hands and on my own home, so this was the new direction I went in. I have been enjoying this line of work for several years now and plan to continue working in the inspection field for many years to come.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When having your home inspected, I believe you need to choose someone that is meticulous and has a strong knowledge base for all systems of a home.
