I recently had Alicia re-write my resume. She takes a fun and collaborative approach to resume writing. After she and I talked about the the position I was looking for and the experience I had that was a match for the opening, she was able to create a resume that was polished and professional. It definitely stood out in a good way. What really blew me away were her tips on how to project confident body language before, during and after the interview. Before I met her I had no idea how quickly employers made snap judgement calls about candidates. I also didn't realize how much control I had over people's perception of me during the interview. With her tips in mind, I felt even more confident as I walked into my interviews. A lot of interview coaches talk about how to answer questions in the interview -which is definitely needed. However, I am unaware of any other coaches also offering body language tips. Alicia is the real deal. I highly recommend her for resume writing and interview coaching.
