Introduction: I provide services in general accounting services, including coordination of monthly closings, financial statement preparation and reporting, payroll processing and payroll tax filling, annual tax filing for personal property, sales tax, use tax and withholding and coordinate year-end review with independent accountants. I have current and in-depth knowledge of accounting procedures for construction and oil exploration company and research and development company as well as independent manufacturers. I also have in-deptth knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and DOD Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS). I have prepared government contract proposals in accordance with federal regulations and also formalized and re-engineered procedures to ensure compliance with complex government proposal submissions, award contract requirements and government accounting requirements.
