- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different, the more information I have on the project the better estimate I can give you. I am always willing to negotiate so both parties are satisfied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Jumping on a call to talk about your needs and wants as far as the project goes, also learn about your experience in the field or in previous projects. I am available and reachable through out the design process in case you ever have questions or comments.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Architecture degree, I have taken Interior Design courses and Landscape Design courses.
