- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing system is structured to build relationships with our existing customers in addition to adding new clientele to what we have set as our ultimate goal. You will find that our pricing is the most competitive there is, for a legitimate, licensed and insured HVAC contractor. Don't allow the low prices to give you a false sense of what you are getting from ACC. The craftsmanship that the ownership expects on every job is without a doubt, a one of a kind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want new customers to feel like they have know us forever. We will help you understand the differences between model-A and model-B. Our free consultation will breakdown the comfort differences and cost effectiveness with the most reliable equipment. We will not pressure anyone. We will guide you to an option that best fits your situation, whether it's short term, or long term.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years of combined experience between brothers Travis and Steve. We didn't have time for training. We both took an instant liking to the trade(after high school) and we both equally like it just as much today. We studied and tested for the necessary licenses as the years past because we had to, but we just wanted to help people understand how it all works.
