FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In most cases, Danielsen Westhoff charges a retainer for legal services, with some exceptions to this. The amount of the retainer depends on the complexity of the case, but we have found that in comparison to other attorneys in the Denver metro area, our retainers rank among the lowest. We bill against the retainer at our hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client contacts the firm, we talk with them immediately over the phone about their case and determine whether we need to meet with them in person to go over Court documents. If the client needs to come into our office to meet, we will typically schedule them within a few days of our initial phone conference and we will spend an hour with the client going over the specifics of their case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All the attorneys at Danielsen Westhoff, PC are licensed to practice both in the state and federal courts in Colorado.
