One price doesn’t fit all jobs given the skills and tools needed so let make sure we are both on the same pricing page. I can provide an hourly rate or give an estimate quote.

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As noted in my profile I have been doing handyman work since I was a teenager. Through the years I’ve done bathroom, kitchen, flooring, painting, plumbing, electrical, appliances and smart-home Wi-Fi setup, repairs, and remodeling. I’m actually a semi-retired engineer with a B.S. in both Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering to apply understanding of repairs. My long term plan is to obtain other trade skill certification and licenses.
