I reached out to four professional chefs, three responded. Karina just had this confidence and professionalism that really impressed me. She also seemed to have the perfect kind of vibe for the experience our family was looking for; upscale, fun, high quality dishes with farm-to-table ingredients. Creating the menu and finding a time and date were so easy with Karina. The family is very excited to work with her!
