Our philosophy is that fitness should improve your life, not consume it and that sustainable methods mean sustainable results. You're on this page for one of 3 reasons: 1. YOU'RE STRUGGLING TO DO IT ON YOUR OWN It's not that you're not motivated. You're successful in every other area of your life but fitness continues to be the one thing that evades you. Even if you have spurts where you are "all in" for a while, you eventually fall off the wagon.... and then get run over by it. You want someone to help you succeed in this area of your life. A person who will hold you accountable, challenge you when you need it and support you when you are feeling challenged. 2. YOU OWE IT TO YOURSELF TO GET IT DONE You haven’t worn some of the clothes in your closet in years, but you don’t want to get rid of them because you’re holding on to hope that you'll fit in them again one day. You can still picture the body type you used to have but have no idea how to get back to it, or if your achy joints can even handle it. You spend all day doing everything for everyone else, so when it comes time for you to actually take charge in this area of your life, it's easy to put on the back burner for another day. All sessions take place in a private, state of the art training facility with qualified, personable trainers; who are as bought into your goals as you are. Sessions can range from an hour, 45 minutes, to 30 minutes More information can be found on our website regarding pricing and scheduling or reach out if you have questions, we pride ourselves on our accessibility and quick responses to future and current clientele. -Nutrition Coaching: Meal plans for 70% of the week to make it mindless. We ask you to apply the "rules/themes" we give you the other 30%. It's how we build a lifestyle not just complete a challenge. We coach you on how to stay on track when you go off plan and we never ask you to give up margaritas or bottomless mimosas at brunch to build the lifestyle and results you have been craving. Nutrition Coaching includes weekly educational pieces and monthly thematic phases, weekly check ins to keep you on track and accountable, weekly check in analysis from us to track progress with you and keep you growing/motivated, and the option for hybrid training. Kaylie & William are the power couple you would like to be coached by. The literal dream team! Very knowledgeable in whatever you might have questions in. Welcoming & very open minded with whatever your goals may be. As well as very trustworthy. And finally non-judgmental which can be somewhat intimidating when your first starting out. Kaylie and William are amazing. They’re kind, supportive, flexible in scheduling and overall, incredible coaches. In one session, I felt so motivated for the chance of improving my health & energy. We loved Kaylie and Will! My husband and I were looking to get back on track and lose some weight because well…. Life happens. We definitely needed someone to hold us accountable and they were the right people for the job! The meals that they provided were super easy and great for meal prepping. With my job, I definitely need to meal prep and have meals that transport easily. They listened to my needs and provided great suggestions. My husband who is not much of a cook was also able to make the meals with no problem. We definitely bombarded Kaylie and William in the beginning with a million questions but they were always so great with helping us. They definitely got us on the right track and I’m so thankful for that! Thanks for everything and we enjoyed this journey with you guys!

So I was kind of lost didn’t know where to start, but I knew we needed to make a change, I got on the thumbtack app and reached out to live well dood. We then set up a zoom meeting, I told them first thing, if you tell me I can’t have margaritas and Mexican food, I’m out, I will close this computer so fast. Let’s just be honest Kaylie had me at the first F bomb. I was like yep this is my girl. I like real people, doing real things. We decided to take a leap and do their 12 week program. It actually ended up being a little longer because I wasn’t ready to breakup with them at the end of the 12 weeks. They really listened and heard our wants/needs/goals we were looking to achieve. They adjusted our program to fit our lifestyle. I can’t thank these two enough for giving us the love for ourselves back.   • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Our process is to meet our clients where they are at. This always starts with our nutrition, life coaching and/or fitness questionnaire, a simple PDF of questions to establish a baseline. Once this is done, each client starts with an in-person or virtual consultation. This consultation not only digs deeper on the program but also makes sure we are the right fit for each other to conquer your goals! Our consultation fee can be used towards the purchase of your first programming package. From their your customized plan is sent weekly, along with text, phone call and FaceTime check-ins.
