- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have 3 price tiers. 1. We find the tenant, background, credit check, move them in. First months rent 2. We find the tenant, background, credit check, move them in and only collect rent monthly. Price 6% of rent collected, plus Leasing fee. 3. We find tenant, collect rent, handle all maintenance issues Price is 10% of rent collected, plus leasing fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe in finding quality tenants. We have a 6 step process to find reliable and credit worthy tenants. We also personally inspect local perspective tenants current living situations and conditions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years of working though people's payments issues, and problems. Finding community programs that help solve rent issues. Working with the police departments to have crime free properties. 30 years of customer service.
