I have no clue, how the company got so many good ratings but it was a totally awful experience with this company. Wow, we feel so fortunate that we found Vestra Property Management to manage our rental property! When we moved out of state for a job, we struggled to sell our nice home -- it was on the market for 4 months with no offers. After that experience, we decided it was actually in our best long-term interest to rent out the home rather than sell it. After speaking with a couple other property management companies, we got Brandon from Vestra on the phone, and it was immediately clear that "this is the guy." Brandon went over to our home the same day we called him, suggested a couple things to do to get the house ready to show, either took care of those items or scheduled other professionals (cleaners/carpeting maintenance) and listed it the same day! We had several showings and landed a tenant within about a week. After a 4-month slog trying to sell the house, with no results, we were thrilled that he could find an excellent quality tenant within that short a period of time! Brandon so far has been incredible to work with. His pricing structure ensures he has "skin in the game" (he doesn't get paid unless your home is rented), he doesn't charge any leasing fees, and he does as much maintenance as he can himself, for a very fair price, which avoids the high maintenance fees that other companies will charge by calling out another professional to do basic maintenance. Brandon is very easy to work with -- providing great suggestions for what needs to be done to the property, as well as some *optional* things that could be done either now or in the future. We have quickly come to trust his judgement, and we are looking forward to a long and prosperous property management relationship.

I just want to take a moment to thank Terrance for going above and beyond as a property manager for New Age Real Estate Company. I’m active duty AF, currently stationed outside of CO. Initially, I had hesitations about using a property manager, but Terrance helped ease my concerns by being patient and answering all of my questions. Feeling at ease with his patience and quick email response (you’d be surprised how slow to respond some companies can be), I decided to go with New Age. Once the contract was written, he immediately sprang into action! My home was listed on several dot com sites and he hosted an open house! He recommended carpet cleaning and wall touch up services and worked with a vendor who did great work at low cost. Needless to say, finding a renter was easy. That’s not even the good stuff. I ordered a new dishwasher and over-the-range microwave, and he was there ensure everything went well.
