- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a buyers agent the Client is never required to pay any commissions to us as there Agent, If the the client has a house to sell the selling commission fees are negotiable and if we are able to sell the clients house and help the Client buy an new house we are able to work a lower sellers commission in helping the client to keep more of there money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My Wife and I like to meet with any new clients together. Our Goal is to learn all about there request and desires in either selling or buying a new home. We understand that this is the biggest decision finically most people make, and hiring the right person is essential. At that time we share what sets us apart what we can offer, then we allow the Client to make the decision as to whether or not to Hire Us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both of us possess Colorado Real Estate Licenses and we have both been involved in Real Estate for over 10 years.
