I love problem solving, helping people and working hard! Being a Real Estate Agent, I am able to combine all three together adding fun into the mix, it is a "Great recipe for - Happy Clients ", that typically turn into lifetime friends!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I show to homes to clients within the price range they would like to see, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. I can take care of everything from start to close. I also sell homes for Clients - I will advertise their home, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing.
