PORCH REVIEW: My experience: I hired High Mountain Property Services to put in over 2 acres of “no climb horse fence” including several single & double gates, “H” bracing with tensioners and 200-T posts with clips. My emphasis for this project was the fence had to be installed snug to the ground and the gates had to be tight to keep my dogs in and the coyotes out! I can truly say I was NOT disappointed and was truly SURPRISED by the awesome job they have done! Marcia, Jim & Matt were great to work with and went above and beyond on my fencing project! Jim scheduled my job to start in 2 weeks from the day he came out for the free estimate. Jim sent me texts when they were on their way and they showed up on time every day and stayed on the job until it was done per the estimate deadline date, even working Saturday and Sunday to get my project completed to my satisfaction! Of course, I had a couple changes I needed to make and they had no problems with making the adjustments to meet my needs. I’ve never seen anyone work as hard as these guys did and their attention to detail and perfection is something I’m not used to. It was like they were putting up a fence on their own property and wanted the job done exactly right, and they kept their work area very clean picking up all end scraps from fence cuttings so my dogs wouldn’t step on something sharp and they bent all clips down so a paw wouldn’t get caught! I’ve never had any luck hiring contractors, it’s always turned into a nightmare for me, but working with Marcia, Jim & Matt was a breath of fresh air. I could tell by my finished project they took great pride in their work and they went out of their way to make sure everything was done to perfection. And the time Jim & Matt took to wrap every single end post with this 12.5 gauge fencing wire clearly showed dedication to a job well done and their pricing was very reasonable compared to the other estimates I received on my project. I’ve always been a believer “if you want it done right you better do it yourself” but after hiring High Mountain Property Services, I don’t believe this to be the case anymore. I’ve already discussed my next fencing project with them. I bought a house several years ago with an irrigation system that appeared to be 20-30 years old with failing valves. Replacement of the valves was challenging because of issues with the original installation and the positioning of the supply and distribution lines. High Mountain got the valves replaced and returned the dug out areas around the valve boxes returned to their previous condition.
