My pricing is based on experience and efficiency. As a General Contractor with 30+ years experience, I know exactly what the building departments require.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First contact with my clients is an over-the-phone call or zoom meeting to establish a strong one-on-one engagement to determine what their needs are.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I obtained my ICC Certification in 2006. Background in Drafting & Architectural Design. Master Framer, Project Manager, and Owner/ Operator in major Residential Construction.
