- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Dream Home LLC has come up with some standard prices for the most common projects we come across LIght fixture/Ceiling Fan: $240 - $340 Additional Outlets/Switches: $150 - $200 *This is under favorable site conditions which includes 75% of projects. The more lights going in a single room the less charge per fixture. A typical living room with 4 lights will land around $500 - $700. Hot Tub Connection: $750 - $1000 *This is determined by several factors the largest being distance from main panel to disconnect. Panel Replacement: $1000 - $2000 *This is often determined by the size of the home and the amount of existing circuits. A typical 150-amp service with 15+ breakers will land around $1200.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Analysing what they want and translating that into the work that will need to be done. Once that is established I walk them through each area that may be a concern and address different methods available in case an issue arises. From there we plan out materials and if all works out set up a start date for the project.
