Every project is priced based on the scope of work, materials/finishes, and the existing conditions in the home. We provide a clear, written estimate after we understand your goals and take measurements. There are no surprise “add-on” fees—if anything changes, we communicate it first and confirm pricing before moving forward. We can also offer options at different price points so you can hit the look you want within your budget.

Our process is simple and organized: 1.) Initial call/consultation – we learn your goals, style, and timeline 2.)Site visit – measurements, project notes, and rough planning 3.) Estimate & scope – clear breakdown of what’s included 4.) Selections & scheduling – finalize materials/finishes and set dates 5.)Build phase – clean job site, consistent updates, quality checks 6.)
