After more than 15 years in the flooring and construction industry, Grant set out to build something lasting for his family and his community. We won’t be the least or most expensive. We gladly offer some special discounts to heavy repeat clients!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Make a clear connection over the phone or text concerning the basics of what they need done, and schedule in home estimate.
2. Meet in person at their home or space, collect the hard data and get a clear idea of the customer's vision/what they need.
3. Establish an agreement. Complete the project. Earn a good relationship.
