Myles was very quick to respond to my request. And he was quick to respond to follow ups. We were having a difficult time trying to find someone to fx the mechanism for a casement window. He knew exactly what the issue was, I ordered the part, and he had it replaced in less than an hour. Highly recommend! We will be using him for other things that come up around our home.

Miles is great! VERY customer service oriented. VERY fair pricing and very pleasant to work with.
