I have worked with my dad doing remodeling ever since I could walk. I am EPA certified and worked with Lowes as their general contractor for 2+ years.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice is to make sure whoever you hire you try to have a decent conversation with them before allowing them into your home. It is important to know who is going to be entering your home and working on it. Make sure you can trust them.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Ask about their past experiences. See how they would handle a situation where something went wrong. Maybe ask for a reference to make sure they are decent people.
