I love the work that Rodney, Casey, Bobby & Trey did on my new fence and paver patio / walkway. These men know how to work hard. Everything went as planned. They pay close attention to details, and were very careful of my plants. Everything was put away before they left for the day (I really appreciate that). I will take great pleasure in recommending them to anyone looking for a quality company with honest, decent people

I had Marlon install a concrete patio in my backyard, and extend the side walkway both length and width. The process was easy, affordable and quick. Marlon's bid was very reasonable and when was on time for the appointment. I would not hesitate to hire Marlon for other projects and would recommend his work. I love my new patio.

Patio and drains for gutter system redone. Pavers put in on patio and patio area expanded. Experience was outstanding. Work was done on time and as described in the plans. Very pleased with Omni and David. Have used the sprinkler service for years but we are happy to know that they have such a professional landscaping service as well.

Marc built us a beautiful redwood front porch! He kept us involved the entire time and was the most reasonably priced. All of our neighbors are asking for his info! He also worked while we weren't even there and made sure to stay on track even when Home Depot failed to deliver materials on time, he went and got them himself.

We had an 8' cabinet (two 4 ft sections) that actually fell off our laundry room wall. Charlie rebuilt the cabinets for us and explained that the back of the original cabinets had been plywood and eventually couldn't hold the weight of the contents (which really wasn't that much) and thus caused the cabinets to pull away from the wall. Anyway, Charlie has years of cabinet making experience and explained exactly what needed to be done to rebuild the cabinets, make them stronger and re-install them. He was easy to work with and we are delighted with his finished work. We are happy to recommend him to anyone who needs new cabinets or cabinet repairs.

Keith is fantastic! Finding a good contractor can be tough and many can be sketchy and difficult to deal with (believe me I know). Our office needed a small remodel which included the building of a wall, some drywall patching, minor electrical work and painting. And Keith was literally perfect. His pricing was great, He showed up exactly when he said he would (every single day), was very professional, did incredibly good work, kept things clean, had all the right tools, and was literally the fastest contractor I have ever seen. Seriously nothing but good things to say about this guy. We will definitely be hiring him again next time we have a project and I highly recommend that you do as well. Cheers!

Bob did a great job with our fence installation. He listened to exactly what we wanted and delivered the results at 100%. He does take his time with his crew, but savor the results! We will use Bob again for future projects. Thank you very much!

I had Travis do a Paver Patio for me and it turned out really nice. Working with Travis was a great experience. Not only did he do what he said he would do, he always kept me informed, called when he said he would call, and showed up when he said he would show up. His attention to detail is very good, and he is full of great ideas and experience. I will be using Travis again for future projects.

I found Bob with Arbor Landscape from the Thumbtack website. I selected him after interviewing and receiving bids from him and several other landscape specialists. His bid was very reasonable, especially compared to some of the others. We had just completely remodeled our house and needed a complete redo of our entire yard. This included grading, a sprinkling system, new sod, planter beds, over 40 shrubs and flowers, low level lighting and edging. Bob also arranged to have a large paver stone patio installed as well as a fence and a pergola. Everything turned out absolutely amazing. Bob listened to us. Took the time to find out exactly what we wanted and made it happen. Every time an issue came up, Bob went above and beyond to resolve it. A couple of plants didn't make the transition and Bob replaced them right away. He was always on time (early most of the time), and the entire neighborhood raves about our landscaping. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.

We finished our basement (-1700 sq. ft.) with Cohen & Cohen. The quality of work was first class as was their price point. They delivered what they promised and were up front with any "extra" costs that came up, which were very few. They project lead, Mike, was amazing. We knew what was expected of us and what they were going to preform from the beginning. You could tell that they cared for our project as much as we did. Will definitely be using them in the future for other projects.

Nathan did a large job for us, added a paver patio and fire pit with sitting wall and column lights. Also did flagstone stairs and a retaining wall in a few places. His staff were hard workers and Nathan did everything we asked and responded to requests to change the work in mid project. Would recommend him highly for your landscaping needs!

From start to finish, the Denco crew exhibited utmost professionalism. Ro was a very good communicator about every aspect of the project, from initial quote to adjustments we decided to make mid-project to final inspection. The crew showed up on time every day and were very courteous and professional. The demolition of my old deck was performed with no damage, and everything was cleaned up from the yard. The new deck is a wood/composite hybrid and met our needs for form, function and budget. In addition to the main deck, they also sanded and stained a small balcony, as well as replacing the wood pickets with pipe pickets to match the back deck. They also moved the railing to remove a climbing safety hazard for children and pets. Ro also coordinated with the company that is installing a paver patio after the deck was completed so the specifications for the deck supports would be at the level needed for the grading of the patio. I have worked with MANY contractors on various projects and can honestly say that the Denco crew have been the BEST to work with on every aspect of the project. The finished project is beautiful and it is apparent that quality workmanship and customer service are part of the Denco mission. I highly recommend them for your decking project and can provide a reference via phone if needed.

I have used Advantage Construction twice now to redo patios on two different homes. They provide excellent service and quality construction. Jim's color recommendation for my stone pavers was spot on. The patios are beautiful.

The wall is 21' wide by 9.5' tall, which comes out to 199.5 sqft - basically 200 sqft The wall is finished, painted drywall. It's an exterior, load-bearing wall, and is 2x6 studs behind the sheetrock - but we'll need metal lath (so please include this in your price) There are no corners or edges - the wall is bounded on each side by another wall, and the rock should come flush to the adjoining walls The wall has some outlets that I will extend once the rock is on - we'll take off the plates for the installation There is a motion detector that we will re-position when the installation occurs (I'll do that myself as well) The material has not been selected yet - but is down to two finalists - one is from Sunset Stone in Castle Rock, the other is from Floor & Decor in south Denver. Both are in-stock. If we choose Sunset Stone, I would want you to purchase the materials so I can get the contractor discounts, but I can pay for them up-front (or you can include them in the bid) - they are $5/sqft from Sunset Stone and $6/sqft from Floor and Decor. I would require you to pick up the materials, as I don't have a truck capable of carrying that weight / bulk The room has an exterior, ground-level door. A truck *can* be driven to within about 50' of this door, but it's not near the driveway There is no floor in the room (yet) - it's bare concrete. Important: There WILL be a laminate floor, and because of this, we will need to find a way to allow enough space at the bottom of the wall until the floor is installed (as it needs to be snapped into place, which requires a slight angle) - Ideally we would leave the bottom layer of rocks off, and I could apply them myself later - but this does mean that we have to "block" them into place without cementing them so I can remove them easily later.
