I was extremely happy with Jose and his team. The quote I received was so much better than other quotes I had gotten. It wasn't an itemization, more of a mutual agreement. I figured I'd take a chance because they had gotten overall good reviews. So happy I did! Without going into detail he replaced dead grass, installed river rock, capped off unused sprinkler heads, installed drip lines for the new plants and sprinklers in my flower beds and changed zones to make sure my sprinklers maintained their pressure. In the end I paid $300 more than agreed on because of all the sprinkler work that was added on while work was being done and extra rock was needed. I still felt that I got an awesome deal since I paid 35-40% of couple other quotes I had gotten. I felt Jose was definitely a man of his word and he backed it up with great work and one happy customer!

Jose and his crew did an amazing job. They transformed my backyard by installing new beautiful grass and sprinklers. They even took the extra mile and repaired/adjusted an existing sprinkler at no extra cost. His budget was reasonable and super transparent. I would definitely hire Jose again in the future. Thanks!

Jose came by the house right away to look at the job. He sent a quote over within a couple days. He gave a reasonable price for the job and the extras I asked him for after the project started. He started and completed the project when he said he would. As long as the plants live and the drip line functions properly, Jose and his team did an excellent job! I would hire him again for a future project!
