- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fairly straightforward. I charge $35 for a half hour visit and $40 for a 45 minute visit and $45 for an hour visit. If it is a dog walking job, I charge the same whether it is for one or two or three or four dogs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communicate by phone or text initially and then set up a time to meet for a no charge initial interview at a local coffee shop or their home and go over the particulars of their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have decades of experience dealing with horses and dogs and cats and chickens as well. I can do a fair amount of doctoring if need be, which Littleton Equine Medical Center can vouch for. I am quite attuned to animals and can generally pick up on when something isn't quite right and can handle emergencies quickly and calmly.
