L&L did a great job of tearing out the old vinyl tiles and then refinishing the cement floors with concrete paint. They also did a good job of painting our entire basement apartment. They were able to quickly work us into their schedule and the work was done exactly in the time frame they gave us. They also installed windows, poured new concrete and repaired a bathroom shower stall. It was great to have one company that could address all of our many needs.
The guys did a great job! We felt very taken care of despite the job being just a small bathroom remodel. They even assisted with getting our granite counter tops picked up and fabricated to accelerate the project schedule. Our facilities were down a matter of days, not weeks like the other contractors I interviewed had projected. Highly recommended!
Uriel and his team did an excellent job with my interior painting project. I was especially impressed with his responsiveness and willingness to get started immediately. He showed up on a Sunday, gave me an estimate on the spot and his team showed up first thing on Monday morning to start the painting job. He also texted me at the end of each day and provided an update on status of the project. It's rare these days to find a contractor that is focused on doing a good job and exceeded customer expectations. I would highly recommend Uriel for future painting projects.
Joe and his crew did an amazing on job on our new driveway and sidewalk. Everyone was professional, hard-working, friendly, and fast! If you're looking to get concrete work done, these are the guys to go with. You will be completely satisfied, just as my wife and I are.
Highly recommend Zach, excellent and skilled work! On time and most importantly has what most contractors do not posses, communication and time managemen skills. Showed up on time and made a difficult job seamless.
Omni Sprinkler Service and Landscaping completed an extensive landscaping project which included sprinkler installation, concrete sidewalk and patio construction, sod installation, and hardscape work. In putting together the estimate, David Cohen listened carefully to my needs and developed a plan to meet my budget and requirements. He provided a drawing of the finished landscape and a detailed quote with the scope work to be done and materials proposed. When the work began, the Omni crew showed up on time, worked full days, and did a great job cleaning up at the end of the project. They answered all my questions during the project and explained what they were doing and why. Since the work was completed at the end of the season, they extended the sod warranty and included the spring sprinkler system start up with the job. The yard looks great and will serve us well for years to come.
Needed a front sidewalk. Huu gave me a competitive bid and the demo was done on Sunday and the pour Monday. Excellent Job!
Replacement of driveway, sidewalk, and front porch. LandCore Resources were great to work with. Everything from initial contact to completion of project went very smooth and "as expected". They were the only company that I contacted that offered me certificates of insurance and bonding without me asking. This, along with pricing, was the determining factor when making my final decision on who to contract with.
I needed to have a concrete sidewalk made from my back door around my house .. I was quoted by a3 custom concrete and asked for a meeting. Bobby met me at my house and gave me a quote with a full explanation of services ..two days later I had a new sidewalk that looks great..Bobby was very professional and I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family
I had a 3 by 20 sidewalk And a 12 by 22 patio installed By Eric and his crew at for 4 u 2 concrete I highly recommend them for any concrete work So much they're coming back next week to widen my driveway
Very fast response, estimate, communication and completion of driveway and sidewalk replacement. Great price and installation. I will definitely recommend them to others. Thank you!
I contracted with Joe to design and install a stamped concrete patio that would compliment the back of my house. I had a concept in mind that I drew out in the grass with spray paint. Joe was able to take that concept to the next level and created a patio that has a WOW factor to it. I had two other contractors also look at what I wanted to do but neither were able to paint in my mind a vision of what the finished product would look like. Joe created an absolutely beautiful patio for my wife and I that we enjoy showing off. The quality, craftsmanship, and pride that Joe and his team put into this project are just unsurpassed.
Bill came over to give us a quote because we had what we thought was a severe crack in our basement floor, which we wanted to fix before we laid new hardwood flooring. The crack was under carpeting as well as vinyl tiles from the 70s that had tested positive for asbestos, and he was very careful to disturb them as little as possible and cleaned up after himself completely. It was clear to Bill in a few minutes that we wouldn't need his services (concrete lifting) because the crack was actually a joint that had become raised, but he stayed for an entire hour and a half in order to help me figure out the best solution to getting our basement floor flat and level. Although we didn't hire Bill officially, I'm writing this review because the whole interaction was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Even when he knew we wouldn't be hiring him, he stayed to examine every part of the problem and even made a few phone calls to consult his colleagues on how to make our floor flat again without disturbing the asbestos tiles. In the end he gave me very clear directions for how to fix the floor ourselves (we are big DIYers), including links to the products we should use and articles about asbestos tiles. He even offered to send us YouTube videos of how to use the concrete leveler we'd be buying. In addition, he took a look at the rest of our foundation and even found an actual, large crack and told me how to seal that ourselves too (it wasn't structurally problematic). When he saw that we had some plumbing exposed from a prior renovation, he even pointed out a problematic area that needed to be replaced (he used to work in plumbing). The entire time he was there, he explained everything he was doing and why and answered my many questions clearly and confidently. When we offered to pay him for his time and all his help, he politely declined. I can only imagine that Bill would be a pleasure to work with and am keeping his info for the future. I work as an interior designer and have met so many unprofessional and uncommunicative contractors, subcontractors, etc. that Bill really was a breath of fresh air. Thank you Bill for all your help!
Hiring this company really saved my back. I was thinking about renting a jackhammer and doing it myself, but after seeing all the work it would have been, I'm glad I didn't! They removed a bunch of patchwork sidewalk and patio that sloped towards my foundation, which I will eventually replace with pavers. It was well worth it to have them remove the concrete and haul it away and it was a very fair price! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them
We hired Stucco and Stone Masons, via Thumbtack. They had good recommendations, were very prompt in their response, came to our home for a quote within 2 days, and could start right away. Work included: 1) Floor leveling (our floors were very uneven!) 2) Tile installation 1100 sq. ft (12X12 travertine squares, arabesque travertine tile, 3X5ft subway tile shower + mosaic travertine shower floor tiles) 3) Plaster wall repair in our basement (7 exterior walls) To give you an idea of the VALUE this company brought to our renovation: We had received four quotes JUST for the tile installation that were between $13,000-$15,000, which did *not* include floor leveling or plaster wall repairs! These companies/individuals were booked for months in advance and their turnaround for completion would have been 4-6 weeks. This would have severely delayed our project. Filiberto (goes by Beto) and his two sons were very friendly and honest. They quoted us $8,000 for #1-3 work above, and said they would be finished within 3 weeks. They WOULD have been finished before that 3-week timeframe had we not miscalculated the amount of tile they would need for the bathroom floor. They were very understanding of our mistake and returned as soon as the rest of the tile arrived to finish the project. Beto’s crew of four men arrived every day around 9am, and worked around the clock - even SATURDAYS! They were extremely courteous, professional and hard working. Some days they did not leave until 8pm! I have never met such a dedicated, hard-working group of people!! If we had questions/concerns, they were very open to resolving the matter quickly. We are incredibly pleased with their work. Our basement looks AMAZING!! The sand colored tile and the plaster wall repairs has really brightened the space. We are planning to hire them again to repave our driveway and front sidewalk/steps in the spring. We hope you consider them for your future concrete, plaster and or tile projects!
600 square foot concrete driveway. Timely, On budget. Professional.
They do great work. The best contractor I have hired online ever! You will be impressed with their work!
Pro Form Concrete is the only concrete contractor I will call in the future. They are fantastic. Curtis spent an hour with me on the bid. He was so detail-oriented - way more than any other contractor I'd ever met with, I knew this job would be done very well to a 't' and it was. His crew is excellent. Pedro and his guys went over and beyond to make sure I was completely happy. Pro Form installed a concrete basketball half-court in my backyard and Curtis bothered to look up the exact dimensions of an NCAA/High School court (in picture) and call the hoop manufacturing company to get the exact measurements for how far the rim would be from the pole so when they saw-cut the concrete, they'd do 15 feet out from the edge of the rim, to make it easier for me to paint the free throw line. Over and beyond. Call this company, please. You will not be disappointed.
Ken redid a patio in front of our house. He was very personable, gave us good advice and options. He explained the budget and met it. He explained the project very well. His work was on time, on budget and was of exceptional quality. We would hire him for our next project.
After looking for the right and affordable contractor for months, it can be a little frustrating but it was worth the wait. I found GALVAN remodeling LLC, they were very prompt at price, work and time frame. They worked on my entire basement from scratch to finish, all the plumbing, walls, floors, paint even door sizing. Their work was done fast, efficient, and very well organized. No middle man on contracting work. Very affordable, efficient and well done. I truly recommend the work that GALVAN remodeling LLC, can do for you.
Edward was really helpful and professional when he came to do a estimate. He was compliant with my instructions on the custom work I asked him to do for my backyard patio and sidewalk.
