Introduction: As a personal trainer, I've worked with people facing a variety of serious issues like heart conditions,
obesity, chronic lower back pain, and many people healing from broken bones, surgery, or other injuries.
Many of my clients come to me for weight loss and to help them get back on the road to wellness and vitality. I also work with many people who have an athletic lifestyle but need some direction to reach their desired level of fitness.
