- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have very competitive and fair pricing and our price never changes unless the customer changes the scope of the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come out and look at your project, get an idea of exactly what you are looking ford. We will take measurements then draw up a plan and work up a bid. We then come back and sit dawn with you, share our design, proposal and answer any questions you may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been building my entire life. Working for my father in western New York from the age of 12. I worked for a local Colorado Springs home builder Freon 2004-2008 and started Better Built Basements inc. In 2008.
