Matthew Flemr says, "Used WireNut for the first time. I sent an online inquiry about having a comprehensive electrical and safety inspection at my home. I did this on the weekend and received a call early on Monday morning. The customer service provided on the phone was excellent. I was very pleasantly surprised with the pricing for the inspections. Our service technician was named.Kamal. He was very courteous and gave excellent communication and service. He serviced and inspected our furnace and air conditioner. After he had completed his inspections and work, he explained everything that he checked and even showed me several pictures of what he was able to clean. We have had HVAC companies in the past service our Systems but Ive never taken the time to explain things or show us pictures. Kamal Had a few items that he recommended we have maintenance completed on. This is always the scary part. Kamal Presented the information without any pressure and let me know that it was my decision if and when we decided to have the maintenance work done. I did research the pricing for each item. He went over after he left. For my research, some of the pricing seemed a bit high and other parts aligned with what I found online as average pricing. Again, there was no pressure. Overall, my experience was excellent with WireNut! They have a very Fairly priced membership, which includes four different inspections annually. Plumbing, electrical HVAC-furnace and air conditioner. I will stick with them for at least these inspections as a service is excellent."See more

Tim installed a new bathroom exhaust fan for us. He ran the a new switch from the existing vanity light switch and exhausted it out through the roof. It was a hot day and he didn't mind climbing in the attic. He was on time, professional and cleaned up the job site when finished! He asked questions when there were options for me instead of just doing what he felt and that was great. It was a great experience. Price was as quoted and that is also very appreciated. Will definitely be calling on Tim in the future!!
