Never in my life have I felt the need to write a review. However after indulging in their food i felt inclined. Although the service was good, myself and my fellow co-workers had to clean our pallet after eating this food. The bbq chicken tasted like wallpaper paste and was dry and uninspiring. The rolls were of walmart quality and were stale and tasteless. After consuming such a meal the only part we could manage to eat was the fruit, of which was half spoiled and was like digging for gold to find a fresh piece worth eating. Overall very very bland, uninspiring and utter rubbish. We will likely never use this service again and would recommend anyone considering Emenaye should look around for better food or just bring in jelly sandwiches for everyone. Dear concerned food critic, I am so disheartened to read your review. I wish you would have contacted me if you felt this strongly so that I could have refunded you or resolved the issue and bring you food that was to your liking. Though our clients use us weekly, I do not recollect catering for you but would like to rectify the situation. Our BBQ chicken has never had an issue and my apologies if your did. Everyday orders are made fresh right before delivery, and all produce is purchased daily from king soopers. Though I appreciate your review and will take note of it, I would never serve spoiled fruit or anything else, as I said everything is fresh. I hope you recognize that writing something like this affects businesses and it would have been much more appreciated to contact me and I would have solved it. As I said, all my clients use me weekly and have been with me for years, so I would love to know where/ what company y and when I catered for you so as to rectify the situation. I have used Emenaye Catering for events both large and small, and Alex always exceeds my expectations! Her food is creative and utterly delicious, and her prices are more than reasonable. There is no one in Colorado Springs who can match her passion for creating beautiful food. If you haven't used Emenaye yet, you (and your guests/clients/friends) are missing out!

Emenaye caters our company customer classes and other events. Her food is always fantastic. Great service and a great menu. I have also personally used Emenaye for Christmas chocolate covered strawberries/fruit for my daughters teacher and they loved it. Thanks for always providing us with great food!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have never met a budget we cannot fulfill. Because all out menus are custom, you tell us what you are comfortable spending and we create a menu for you to make that happen.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always strive to make the process as easy as possible for all our clients. Our services range from casual to formal. A unique thing about us is that we do all types of cuisine, and we fit every and any budget. If you want to spend $8 per person, we custom create a menu to fit your taste and cost. 99% of our menus are custom to your event, so none of our clients ever experience the same menu.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Various online cooking classes, independent classes, as well as 15 years in food industry, and traveling in Europe experiencing different cuisine.
