My first time using Thumbtack and I couldn't be happier with the service from Bill with TorqueNet. He responded to my request within a few hours, picked up the tower from my home and within a short time he had a solution (unfortunately, the computer died!) I will be ordering a new tower and once I have received the new equipment, I will contact Bill to install my old hard drive into the new. I definitely will recommend Bill and his company to everyone I know who needs computer assistance.

This is a great place to take your PC too... Its great that you have someone that does pick up and drop off service. My PC was fixed in a timely fashion and I loved that the most being as though it is my means of communication with my deployed husband. I am thankful for Bill's service and I would and will tell EVERYBODY ABOUT TORQUNET.

Our most common business client wants there computers tuned up and ready to go everyday like a NASCAR driver. Our most common residential client drives their computer until it fails and then looks for a tune-up. The next time you go on vacation...consider getting your computer tuned up, cleaned-up and backed-up while you are away from it.
