FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A lot of the knowledge I have gained over the years has either been self learned or where I received formal training for. However, one of my specialized services is information security, and let me tell you, that's a continuous task and responsibility to remain cognizant of latest cyber threats, viruses, hoaxes, and technologies used to minimize risk. There is no such thing as "no risk" when it boils down to protecting information systems and related technologies. If the risk were completely removed from an IT perspective, then that would entail not having access or the ability to use such technology itself. FYI - The most common threat in today's IT-based world is social media. To be more specific, people are getting tricked by means of Social Engineering, It's a form of psychological manipulation that is used to gain access to privileged information. Whether it be done to an accountant at s bank, or to John/Jane Doe who uses services like Facebook. Can you tell I have a passion about this line of work?!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I suppose it was based on feedback from others and knowing that I am a natural problem solver. Although, I've always had an entrepreneur spirit ever since I was a child. I remember my first type of service I started out with where I would drag an old kids wagon around the neighborhood that a hose and cleaning items. I would go door to door asking people if they wanted their car washed.

At the moment I find myself providing technical consulting and PC diagnostic and repair services.
