- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a free consultation and we plan a curriculum based on your dog's individual needs. Behavioral packages are the most popular as it is most beneficial for your dog's progress and most cost efficient too: If you choose to do one to five sessions separately the charge is $50-$75 per hour. *** Please call for more information on the savings when you purchase packages!! *** ** I give a 10% discount for active military, disabled veterans and all first responders working in Colorado.**
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with an initial consultation and do an intake interview . Together we determine goals, and decide on training or education curriculum. We set a time for the class or session and get to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold Graduate degrees in Psychology as well as counseling. I'm a Certified trainer and Certified Behavioral Consultant and have met the criteria of education, experience and CEUs. I am a former Vet Tech and worked as an evaluator at the Humane Society and several Rescue organizations. I have trained my dogs to achieve AKC Community &Urban Canine I have trained and placed 15 Service Dog Teams in the community I have over 20 years of experience training dogs and working with problem behaviors.
