We just cant tell you how so completely satisfied we are with the excellent care Lexy received while we were gone, and we honestly cant thank PlayTime Pet Sitters enough!! Its so comforting to know she was in such good hands while we enjoyed ourselves in California. The little diary they left was a great touch, and the little things they wrote were so much fun to read! We will definitely be contacting them again whenever were in need of a pet sitter. Julie and ScottJan 7, 2013VerifiedPlayTime Pet Sitters & Dog Walkers's reply
Thank you Julie and Scott for telling other happy you are with our service. We understand how stressful it can be to leave your furry loved one when you go out of town, especially a newly insulin dependent kitty. Lexy takes her injection so well. And she is adjusting to her new routine so well. Of course, she is a well adjusted love-bug with awesome parents, so we shouldn't be surprised =^.^=

We are so happy to be back! Our babies were happy and healthy and glad to see us and much better behaved then Ive seen them in a while! Must be your influences!!!! Anyway, I love the notes you left. Thank you for loving our puppies because this is one of the few times weve been confident that our babies are taken care of and loved. Usually, only when our children watch them do I feel that way. So, we are grateful to you. Again, thank you so very, very much for all the love and attention you provide for our Precious and Lover Boy. - Kat & Bill W.Apr 24, 2013Verified

PlayTime Pet Sitters & Dog Walkers took such good care of the dogs and cats (and house) while we went to Reno. It always gives me great peace of mind knowing that the animals, especially the dogs, are in their own home and well cared for!! I also appreciated the e-mails, calls, and photos! Rest assured, when we vacation again, well rely on their excellent services! SusanApr 18, 2015Verified

"I always have a great time whenever my PlayTime Pet Sitter comes over. I know I'm going to get a long walk, some treats, and of course, lots of tummy rubs! My owners can go out of town any time!" ~Harlowe~ Translated by Harlowe's Mom, Larrisa A.Jan 2, 2013PlayTime Pet Sitters & Dog Walkers's reply
Harlowe, many 'Thank You Woofs' for your comments. We wish we could post photos here so the rest of the world could see how beautiful you are! We LOVE walking you through Garden of the Gods when mom and dad are away! Sending you a tummy rub :)

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We are happy to offer a Free Initial Consultation for new customers. We are always delighted to meet new pet parents and their munchkins, which is why our first ever meet and greet is always free. Here’s what to expect with an initial consultation. 1) We will come to your home at a convenient time and introduce ourselves to you and your pet. If they are shy or anxious we will be extremely respectful of that. 2) We will spend time getting to know your pet’s likes and dislikes, where their food is kept, where their favorite toys are hidden, their medications, and any other important particulars that will enhance our care for them. 3) We will always ask if there is anything else we can do, such as water plants or bring in mail. 4) Before leaving, we will pick up keys and ensure they work in the locks and, of course, say a warm goodbye to your pet.
- What types of customers have you worked with?We take care of anyone that doesn't need to go to college :) Everyone on our team has experience working with extremely abused, shy, and special needs animals. We know the quiet, gentle, respectful approach is best. We love the happy, healthy ones too of course; we take care of anything and everything they need--whatever makes them happy!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Trust your animals. Happy, healthy, animals are usually excellent judges of character. If they aren't comfortable with the person(s) you are interviewing, PAY ATTENTION! We encourage people to interview several sitters. You want to make sure you find just the right team for your furry family. Most professional sitters offer a complimentary 'meet you pet sitter' appointment. Remember, you get what you pay for. Professionals cost a little more, but they (should) have the experience, credentials, and genuine concern for your family to make the extra cost worth it.
