I was very happy with the quality of the work that was done and the knowledge of the tech who came out. My dryer vents to our roof, however, and my tech didn’t have a ladder to be able to verify from the roof everything was working. He checked everything from the ground and from the inside but this additional step would have raised them from 4 to 5 stars.

Hi Josh, I apologize for that. We are unable to do any work with regards to the roof without the proper licensing, permission from the HOA and or without a harness we can be fined upwards of 5000$. Also most HOA’s do not allow us to clean from the roof since they are typically responsible for the exterior and usually want their own handy men involved. I will make sure to speak with Tech so this does not happen again. And to ensure he correctly relays this information in the future, it is our fault that was not made clear in advance.
