The service call is not $0. I was charged $200 and was not made aware until the tech showed up on my doorstep. My issue was rectified without the electrician having to use a tool. I feel like I was put in a vulnerable position being that i needed help with electricity which can be dangerous. I think it’s ethical and fair to disclose dispatch pricing prior to them sending a technician. I reported this to the office because I do felt was injustly charged.
But Mr Christian, the company owner, took it upon himself to call me and to hear my concerns. He reassured me that he understood where my concerns were coming from and he rectified the issue immediately.
I am beyond grateful of him even taking the time to talk to me, and clarified the pricing. I feel like with Mr Christian, I can trust this company to do the right thing and I feel better about the whole process.

The tech that came out on a Sunday was very professional and knowledgeable. We discussed the issue and within minutes knew what the issue was and told me how to fix it.

Brandon V. is so awesome! He was a few minutes early, waiting so patiently. He got the work done safely, identified and took care of a few problems that were unexpected, and took the safety, concern, and care we needed a little extra of (due to vulnerable person in the house, and an impending surgery in a few days) seriously, and just has the best attitude and communication skills we have been around in a while! Will hire again, every time!

What they did right - They were able to fit us in quickly. We're very professional. My husband told them what he thought caused the problem. It allowed them to find the issue and correct it in 15 min.
What they need to improve - they did not give the "free" estimate before fixing it. They charged 350.00$ to fix 1 outlet!!! The job took 15 mins.
