- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 10% off for all Military/First Responders. As the wife of a Disabled Veteran, I've been on that end of the budget and I want to pay it forward!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my customers. Short sessions include lots of email back and forth or a phone conversation. Longer sessions might include coffee and an idea session. My products are tailored to what the Client wants and needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been taking photography courses for several years and continue to be mentored by well known photographers. I take every opportunity to learn more so that my clients are better served!
