- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That Statewide Painting does all their work themselves. We do not hire subcontractors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The office will contact the homeowner and let them know when to expect the crew to arrive. Upon arrival the crew will set up and protect everything from any overspray to protect all your property whether it's inside or outside. There is one Foreman on the job that will be there at all times to oversee the job to make sure that it goes perfectly well so the customer does not have to worry.Becky is always ready to answer the phone and answer any question for a homeowner that they may have. Becky always stops in and checks on the jobs and makes contact with the homeowner to make sure everything is going well to make sure the process goes smooth and the homeowner is happy that is Statewide's main goal.

Here at Statewide we have over 20 plus years experience and doing Interior and exterior paint jobs.
