Our family fell victim to a dishonest roofer recently and needed advice on what steps to take to make our home whole again. Carlos and his Associate Mr. Wells responded immediately to our request for assistance and even though Carlos was not able to meet our roofing deadline due to scheduling conflicts; Mr Wells was able to provide assistance to our needs by "Paying it Forward" in the manner of a deep discount on gutters for our home. I am disabled we are I guess you would say elderly folks that were taken advantage of during a very vulnerable time in our life. Carlos and his team really showed that they care about their community and we cannot thank you enough for their generosity!!!!

Carlos was excellent to work with. He is very knowledgeable about insurance. I had a very poor policy and had to pay for a majority of the roof out of my own pocket. Carlos was able to give me a fair price (lower than another quote). I got a quote from Carlos and the roof was done within the week. The roof looks great and his crew did a great job of cleaning up too! I have already recommended Xclusive Contracting to 2 people and will keep recommending them.

A team was able to show up at my house, and they did provide quality workmanship, their customer service was great. It didn't take to long for them to have a plan and were very accurate regarding the construction and what the insurance would cover.

I paid for some roof repair out of pocket. I asked Carlos for pics of the work performed and I never received them. All I received was a vague general receipt. Recently high winds knocked out some shingles around the same area they repaired. I asked Carlos if he could take a look and I have not heard from him since.

Due to the high winds we been having lately and the fact your roof has staples on your 3 tab can resist high winds . If you follow a claim our company can help you with the entire process
