- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free estimates. My prices are time & material or I can give you a bid with a dollar amount not to exceed. Any additional add ons or unforseen items will be written up as a change order and charged accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will make any accommodations possible to make sure you feel like my #1 priority.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended a tech school for carpentry. Started work with a small residential company,than a larger commercial company which led to opening & operating my own company for 17 yrs. I then took on a field superintendent position with a large general contractor company overseeing million dollar jobs.
