I requested a plumber through thumbtack to complete a specific task. The task was to isolate both frontyard and backyard hose bibs from the main water source, and redirect the plumbing of the hose bibs into my sprinkler system. I recently had water pipes freeze and burst, flooding my basement. I hired Richard, because he was willing to listen to my request, and then use his experience and knowledge to design, and accomplish the task requested with expediency and professionalism. My sprinkler system and both hose bibs can be blown out prior to winter temperatures.
