Introduction: I do all levels of yoga, including restorative yoga.
I have 230 hours of yoga certification from Asheville Yoga Center in NC.
I have a degree in dance from the University of Memphis, so I understand yoga for physical therapy.
After meeting with the student, I will develop sequences of asanas specifically for that student's needs at the time.
