What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service call - $69 Furnace or AC maintenance - $129 Clean & Certify - $149 We offer discounts on installation, service and maintenance for senior citizens, veterans, teachers, social workers, members of law enforcement, firefighters, and nurses.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Scheduling can be done through the thumbtack portal or by calling our office directly. We book in two hour windows, and are on call 24/7 for your convenience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed Mechanical Contractor in several municipalities within the Denver Metro area. Our technicians are NATE certified, and carry an EPA certification to be able to handle refrigerants.
