Alex came to my house to repair some doors that had settled and were not latching correctly. He worked quickly and efficiently and was very reasonable. He charged very fairly for his services and I made sure to tip him well. There seemed to be a little bit of a language barrier but his written responses and his ability to support short notice was outstanding. I definitely recommend Alex for any carpentry or small repairs that you need done around the house.

Needed an old 70s-80s style drop-in electric range removed, and the spot converted to an area where we could put a free standing range that was larger in size. He did a great job removing the old one, shaping the area for the new one, building a solid wooden foundation for the new range, and was also able to reuse some of our old molding and make it look very good. He was patient with me after I had mismeasured multiple times, even having to come back and fix my mistake. You will have to use a phone app to communicate with him, as he speaks Ukrainian and not English. I had a complicated job and felt like I was able to communicate with him just fine. Would hire again and will recommend to friends and family
