Nick was very responsive, and let me know when he was on his way to my home. Which I appreciate, not having a ridiculous four hour window! He was very professional and knew exactly how to fix my refrigerator. He was very thorough and completed the repair in a very reasonable time. I received a great value for what he had to replace. I would definitely use NG Heating and Cooling again for any future repairs, and would ask for Nick!

My old, reliable refrigerator was starting to make funny noises, so I decided to have it diagnosed before it failed me. Not knowing who to call, I started my research and found NG Refrigeration Service, read their reviews, and decided to give them a try. Nick arrived at the appointed time, diagnosed it, and replaced the necessary part. Things didn't quite work out the first go-around, so I called the company back and they quickly dispatched Nick back to my fridge and he fixed whatever was ailing it. The customer service that Nick and the company displayed were top notch and the price for the fix was quite reasonable. I'm very pleased with the end result, and I'm glad to have my old, reliable fridge working properly again. I will absolutely call Nick and NG Refrigeration Service again for any future appliance repair.
