FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Fair, balanced, and try to go above and beyond to ensure our pricing is fair. We WILL NEVER TRY TO SELL YOU SOMETHING YOU DO NOT NEED. We will go into detail about what we have diagnosed as an issue and explain why we feel it should be taken care of. Answer all questions until you feel comfortable with your understanding to make an informed decision. You will never feel pressured into buying.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I introduce myself, ask to be directed into garage, ask the customer what they think the problem is, what they have witnessed or experienced, i do a full inspection of garage door and opener . I prefer the customer to be with me during assessment. This allows for the customer to remember issues they may have forgotten and engages the customer with their property. Once issues have been diagnosed, I give my expert advice on what repairs/replacement needs to be done as well costs. pros and cons of not addressing the issue. once approvals have been made I perform the work. After completion I review with the customer what was done. Go over basic maintenance details and educate customer on what they can do to extend the life of door, opener, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I began my career in my 20's. I was taught by the best of the best in Illinois. all of my learning has been on the job training. I have been the trainer for 10 years now and the people I have trained have moved up to management.
