I am very happy with my decision to hire ASAP Garage Door Service when a cable snapped on my garage door at 7:30 PM one night. They arrived at 8:15 the next morning and had the door fixed within a few minutes. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and pointed out a few things that might become issues in the future. There was no hard selling at all. He even recommended a few things I could do myself with no special tools or training needed and programmed a couple of remotes that I was having issues with.

The only thing I did not like was the additional cost for using a credit card. They were amazingly responsive . They were at my house within the hour. I did not compare cost with other contractors so I cannot comment on cost. The repairs are still working.

Shay (Shy) was great in explaining about a roller that kept coming off the garage door track was something that could easily be adjusted with this new house build. He could have found a way to charge, but this choice of professionalism will guarantee that ASAP will be the first ones I call when there's real trouble with the door.
