Garrett was EXCELLENT. Although I had paid another company to install a new garagedoor spring in March 2025, that company had done it incorrectly. This caused the garagedoor to tax the closing mechanism and make it overwork. Garrett diagnosed the problem, weighed the door and adjusted the spring. What a great professional--it is a really complicated area and Garrett knew it extremely well. I'll never go with another garagedoor company again.

Josh was exceptional, knowledgeable, and so friendly. It was a pleasure working with him. He tuned up our garagedoor, put new rollers on and recommended new springs as our's are old and could fail. Too important and we agreed and had new springs installed. I feel safe now with our door as it is an older and original garagedoor. I have always used this company and highly recommend. Sam from Denver was just out to look at my opener that was loose in my main garage. He not only tightened it but noticed sensors not working; He fixed that and wrapped the wiring that was not done on original install. He went above and beyond and I would highly recommend Don's Garagedoor

At Don's Garage Doors, we offer great promotions, as well as Military, Veteran, and Teacher discounts. With Don's you will receive the best service, best parts, and the best warranty; and most importantly a friend in the garage door business.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we’d like to gain an understanding of the issue and when the problem started. With an in-home consultation, our technicians are trained to find the source of the problem then create a solution that is best for the customer. This can range from a simple tune-up to a more complex issue such as a need for an entirely new garage door. Our technicians will walk the customer through each step to ensure they have a high understanding of the situation and offer all options to resolve the problem. We will walk through each step and ensure the consumer has a great understanding of the situation and all options that are available.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians must graduate from a 4 week training course that includes simulation and many tests to ensure they are educated and properly trained to work on all makes and models of Garage Doors.
